1. Who we are

File Organizer is provided by FilesOrganizer, the developer identified in the applicable mainland China app-store listing. For privacy questions, contact filesorganizer@outlook.com.

2. Information processed on your device

On first launch, the app presents a prominent privacy consent dialog. Before you select “Accept and continue,” it only reads the locally stored consent flag required to choose the startup path and minimal language or theme settings needed to display the notice. It does not scan device files, request storage access, initialize advertising SDKs, schedule background scans, or create file indexes and organization data.

To provide file discovery, browsing, search, organization, preview, labels, recycle bin, and storage overview features, the app may process the following information locally:

• file names, paths or content URIs, MIME types, extensions, sizes, and timestamps;
• media metadata and locally generated thumbnails;
• file types, scan directories, labels, collections, sorting and organization rules you configure;
• local operation state, including recycle-bin records, scan status, and scheduled-work settings;
• cache and storage totals calculated from files available to the app.

The app's core file scanning, indexing, rule evaluation, and organization features are designed to run locally. They do not upload your file contents to the developer.

3. Permissions

Depending on your Android version and the features you use, the app may request access to photos, videos, audio, documents, selected directories, notifications, or all-files access. It may also use a foreground service for long-running scans and receive a device-start event to restore scheduled work you previously enabled. These capabilities are used only to locate, display, organize, move, restore, or delete files as directed by you and to report or resume relevant work.

You can deny or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Some functions will be unavailable when the required permission is not granted. Network access and network-state information are used by the domestic advertising service. After consent, the advertising build first requests a real OAID from a supported manufacturer or MSA system service and caches it for no more than 24 hours. Android ID is read and cached only when OAID is unavailable; an installation-scoped UUID is generated only if both are unavailable. The app does not request phone-state permission or query phone, SIM, serial, MAC, installed-app, DRM, or fingerprint identifiers as fallbacks.

4. Data stored locally

The app stores its index, rules, file collections, labels, preferences, scan state, and cache on your device. You can remove this information by using the app's clear-cache controls where available, clearing app storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling the app.

Files placed in the app recycle bin are retained for approximately 30 days by default unless you restore or permanently delete them earlier. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Clearing the cache does not delete original files or recycle-bin files, and clearing app data does not automatically undo file operations already performed on your files.

5. Network services, advertising, and analytics

The mainland China build integrates Taku SDK 6.6.30, provided by Guangzhou Taku Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Kuying (SDM) SDK 6.5.75, provided by Guangzhou Shuliantong Information Technology Co., Ltd., for advertising delivery, display and click measurement, attribution, effectiveness analysis, optimization, and anti-fraud.

When the advertising build switch is disabled, the app does not actively initialize Taku, Kuying, or identifier components and does not request ads. When advertising is enabled and privacy consent has been accepted, the app uses an OAID-only component derived from Android_CN_OAID 4.2.17 plus the official Huawei and HONOR identifier services to request a real manufacturer or MSA OAID. It never falls back to GMS AAID. A valid OAID is cached and refreshed no more than once every 24 hours. Only when OAID is unsupported, disabled, timed out, or unavailable does the app read and cache Android ID, then generate and cache an installation-scoped random UUID if Android ID is also unavailable. The cached identifier may be provided to Taku and Kuying for ad delivery, attribution, measurement, and anti-fraud and is deleted when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. The app does not query IMEI, IMSI, device serial, MAC, SSID, SIM, installed-app, or DRM identifiers as fallback identifiers. The SDKs may also process IP address, carrier and network status, necessary device and application information, ad impressions, clicks and conversions, and crash, diagnostic or performance information. The app disables personalized advertising, running-process access, background device-information access and sensor-based advertising.

Automatic initialization providers from both SDKs are removed. When advertising is enabled, the app manually initializes Taku and Kuying only after you accept this Privacy Policy; no separate advertising consent dialog is shown. Accepting this policy means that you understand and agree to the advertising data processing described in this section. No other mediated ad-network SDK is currently included; any network enabled later must be added to the app package and disclosed here before release.

Core file names, paths, contents, search terms, labels, collections and organization rules are not supplied to Taku or Kuying for advertising. See the Taku Privacy Policy, Taku SDK Privacy Compliance Guide, and Kuying Privacy Policy.

6. Developer website

This website does not use developer-operated analytics, advertising cookies, accounts, or contact forms. It is planned to be hosted on an Alibaba Cloud Simple Application Server running Ubuntu and Nginx. For security, fault diagnosis and service operation, the server and hosting provider may process necessary access-log information such as IP address, access time, requested URL, response status and browser user agent. Logs will not be used to inspect or collect file contents stored on your device.

If you email support, the information in your message will be used only to respond, investigate the issue, maintain necessary support records, and comply with legal obligations. Do not send private files unless support explicitly requests a safe diagnostic sample.

7. Sharing and sale of information

The developer does not sell your personal information. Advertising-related information may be processed by Taku and Kuying for the purposes described in Section 5. File contents and locally indexed file metadata are not shared by the app core features. Other information leaves the app only when you deliberately share or open content in another app, contact support, or when disclosure is legally required.

8. Children

File Organizer is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or this website.

9. Security and limitations

Reasonable technical measures are used to limit processing to the functions described here. For compatibility with domestic advertising networks, the mainland China build allows advertising SDKs to use cleartext HTTP, which reduces transport confidentiality for related advertising communications; core file data is not provided to advertising SDKs. No device, storage system, or software is completely secure. Keep important files backed up and review the selected files before confirming destructive operations.

10. Your choices

You can control permissions in Android Settings, use Settings → Withdraw privacy consent to stop file scanning, background tasks, and advertising processing and close the app, remove local app data, uninstall, and choose whether to share files. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and does not affect prior lawful processing. 11. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, notice or consent will also be provided in the app.

2. 在设备本地处理的信息

首次启动时，应用会先展示显著的隐私政策同意弹窗。在你点击“同意并继续”前，应用仅在本地读取判断启动路径所必需的隐私同意标记，以及展示政策界面所需的语言、主题等最小界面设置，不扫描设备文件、不申请存储权限、不初始化广告 SDK、不调度后台扫描，也不创建文件索引和整理数据。

为了提供文件发现、浏览、搜索、整理、预览、标签、回收站和存储总览功能，应用可能在本地处理：

• 文件名、路径或内容 URI、MIME 类型、后缀、大小和时间；
• 媒体元数据和在本地生成的缩略图；
• 你配置的文件类型、扫描目录、标签、文件集、排序及整理规则；
• 回收站记录、扫描状态和周期任务设置等本地操作状态；
• 根据应用可访问文件计算的缓存及存储统计。

应用的核心扫描、索引、规则计算和整理功能在设备本地运行，不会通过这些核心功能向开发者上传文件内容。

3. 权限使用

根据 Android 版本及你启用的功能，应用可能请求访问照片、视频、音频、文档、指定目录、通知或“所有文件访问权限”。应用还可能使用前台服务完成较长时间的扫描，并接收设备启动事件以恢复你主动启用的周期任务。这些能力仅用于按照你的操作查找、显示、整理、移动、恢复或删除文件，以及展示或恢复相关任务。

你可以在 Android 设置中拒绝或撤销权限；缺少必要权限时，相应功能将无法使用。国内广告服务需要网络访问和网络状态能力；隐私同意后，含广告版本会优先从受支持的厂商或 MSA 系统服务取得真实 OAID，并以不超过 24 小时的周期缓存；OAID 不可用时才读取并缓存 Android ID，两者均不可用时才生成安装级 UUID。应用不会申请读取电话状态，也不会尝试电话、SIM、序列号、MAC、已安装应用、DRM 或设备指纹作为后备标识。

4. 本地保存的数据

应用会在设备上保存文件索引、规则、文件集、标签、偏好设置、扫描状态和缓存。你可以通过应用提供的清理功能、Android 系统的“清除存储空间”或卸载应用删除这些数据。

放入应用回收站的文件默认保留约 30 天，你可以提前恢复或永久删除，永久删除不可恢复。清除缓存不会删除原始文件或回收站文件；清除应用数据也不会自动撤销已经完成的文件操作。

5. 网络服务、广告与统计

中国大陆版本接入由广州塔酷信息科技有限公司提供的 Taku SDK 6.6.30，以及由广州数链通信息技术有限公司提供的酷盈（SDM）SDK 6.5.75，用于广告请求与展示、展示和点击监测、归因、效果分析与优化及反作弊。

当构建广告总开关关闭时，应用不会主动初始化 Taku、酷盈或标识组件，也不会请求广告。启用广告且用户已同意隐私政策后，应用使用基于 Android_CN_OAID 4.2.17 精简的 OAID 组件及华为/荣耀官方标识服务，优先取得真实的厂商或 MSA OAID，绝不回退为 GMS AAID。有效 OAID 会缓存并以不超过 24 小时的周期刷新；仅在 OAID 不受支持、被关闭、超时或读取失败时才读取并缓存 Android ID，两者均不可用时生成并缓存安装级随机 UUID。缓存标识可能提供给 Taku 与酷盈，用于广告投放、归因、效果衡量和反作弊，清除应用数据或卸载后删除。应用不会尝试 IMEI、IMSI、设备序列号、MAC、SSID、SIM、已安装应用或 DRM 标识作为后备标识。SDK 还可能处理 IP 地址、运营商和网络状态、必要的设备与应用信息、广告展示点击与转化信息，以及崩溃、诊断或性能信息。应用已关闭个性化广告、运行进程读取、后台设备信息读取和传感器广告能力。

应用已移除两个 SDK 的自动初始化 Provider。启用广告时，只有你同意首次隐私政策后，应用才会手动初始化 Taku 与酷盈，不再另行展示广告专项同意弹窗。同意本政策表示你知悉并同意本节所述的广告数据处理。当前安装包未加入其他聚合广告平台 SDK；后续如启用其他平台，必须先将其加入安装包并在发布前同步补充本政策与应用内第三方 SDK 清单。

用于核心功能的文件名、路径、文件内容、搜索词、标签、文件集和整理规则不会为了广告提供给 Taku 或酷盈。详情可查看 Taku 隐私政策、Taku SDK 隐私合规指南和酷盈隐私政策。

6. 开发者网站

本网站不使用由开发者运营的统计、广告 Cookie、账号系统或联系表单。网站计划部署在运行 Ubuntu 和 Nginx 的阿里云轻量应用服务器。为保障安全、排查故障和维持服务，服务器及云服务商可能处理访问 IP、访问时间、请求地址、响应状态和浏览器 User-Agent 等必要访问日志；这些日志不会用于查看或收集你设备中的文件内容。

如果你通过邮件联系支持，邮件信息仅用于回复、排查问题、保存必要的支持记录和履行法律义务。除非支持人员明确提出安全的诊断方式，请勿发送私人文件。

7. 信息共享与出售

开发者不会出售你的个人信息。Taku 与酷盈可能基于第 5 节所述目的处理广告相关信息。核心功能不会共享文件内容或本地索引的文件信息。其他信息仅在你主动使用 Android 分享、要求其他应用打开内容、联系支持或法律要求披露时离开应用。

8. 未成年人

“文件收纳”是通用效率工具，并非面向儿童设计。开发者不会通过应用或本网站主动收集儿童个人信息。

9. 安全与限制

开发者会采取合理技术措施，将处理限制在本政策说明的功能内。为兼容国内广告网络，中国大陆版允许广告 SDK 使用明文 HTTP，这会降低相关广告通信的传输机密性；核心文件数据不会交给广告 SDK。但任何设备、存储系统或软件都无法保证绝对安全。请备份重要文件，并在确认删除等破坏性操作前检查所选内容。

10. 你的选择

你可以在 Android 设置中管理权限，通过“设置 → 撤回隐私同意”停止文件扫描、后台任务和广告处理并退出，清除本地数据、卸载应用，并决定是否分享文件。撤回应与同意同样便捷，且不影响撤回前处理的合法性。如需行使查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除、限制处理、撤回同意或投诉等权利，请联系 filesorganizer@outlook.com。

11. 政策更新

本政策发生实质变化时，开发者将在此页面发布更新并修改生效日期；如法律要求，也会在应用内提供通知或重新征求同意。
